Tracking your progress
Every analysis is kept, so you can see your latest score against your best, watch what changed between runs, and download any report as a PDF.
Runs are not thrown away. Each analysis is stored, so the tool answers "am I getting better?" rather than only "how am I doing right now".
Latest and best#
The run list shows both - your latest score and your best - and they are deliberately different numbers.
The trend#
Across runs you can see which dimensions are moving, so effort goes where it is actually paying off. Two patterns worth recognising:
- One dimension stuck while others climb. Usually a structural problem you have been editing around rather than fixing - most often parseability, which no amount of better writing improves.
- Everything nudging up slightly. Normal after a careful pass, and the point at which more editing stops being the best use of your time.
When to re-run#
Each run costs 2 credits, so the honest advice is: after real changes, not after every edit.
A reworded bullet will not move a weighted score meaningfully. A rewritten experience section, a fixed parseability problem, or working through the whole fix list will.
Downloading a report#
Any report can be downloaded as a PDF - the score, the findings and the reasoning, as it was on the day it ran.
Worth doing when:
- You are working offline from it, ticking findings off away from the tool.
- Somebody else is reviewing your resume and you want them to see the same analysis.
- You want the record. A stored report reflects the resume as it was at the time; the PDF is a copy you keep regardless of what you edit next.
