Matching a job description
Paste a job description and see where your resume already fits and where it does not - and what a gap does and does not mean.

This is a different question from your readiness score. That asks "is this a good resume". This asks "is this a good resume for this job", and a strong resume can match a role badly.
What you get#
- Where you already match, with the evidence from your resume that supports it.
- Where you do not, separated into things you have and did not say, things close to something you have, and things you do not have.
- What to change, specific to this application, in the order to change it.
Reading the report#
The report opens with one answer to should you send it - apply now, check one thing first, tailor first, a long shot, or probably skip - and the reason for it. Under that is the fix list:

A stated must-have with nothing behind it is marked Can stop this application and listed first. The score bands are Weak, Partial, Good and Close match - a different scale from your readiness score, because a job description lists more than any one hire will have.
Getting a useful answer#
- Paste the whole description, including the responsibilities. Requirements alone lose the context.
- Use the real one, not a summary you have rewritten. Rewriting it removes the exact words the comparison is looking for.
- One role at a time. Two descriptions pasted together produce advice for a job nobody is hiring for.
