If you think your account has been hacked or someone else is logged into it, start here. This is where you see every device that is signed in, end any of them, and review sign-in attempts including the ones that failed.

It is also the ordinary place to check which of your own devices are still signed in.

Active sessions#

One row per device or browser holding a live sign-in, with what it appears to be and where from. You can end any of them, and ending one signs that device out immediately.

Some rows read Unknown Browser - that means the browser did not identify itself usefully, not that something is wrong. Privacy tools and in-app browsers both do this.

Login history#

A record of sign-ins over time, including ones that did not succeed. This is where an attempt from somewhere unexpected shows up, whether or not it got in.

Locations are derived from network address and are approximate - a neighbouring city, or the city your provider routes through, is normal and not a signal.

If your account has been compromised#

  1. End that session from Active sessions.
  2. Change your password - your password. Ending a session does not stop somebody signing in again.
  3. Turn on two-step verification if it is not on - two-step verification. This is what stops it recurring.
  4. Tell support, especially if anything about payouts or bookings looks wrong.
