Everything below forms one agreement. The Terms of Service is the contract; the other documents are incorporated into it by reference, and where one of them covers a subject in more detail than the Terms do, that document governs that subject.
Two of them - the Terms and the Privacy Policy - are what you agree to when you create an account. The rest bind you through the Terms rather than by a separate signature, which is why they are listed here rather than hidden behind one.
Every page carries the date it last changed. The changelog says what changed on each of those dates and whether we considered it material.
The documents
The agreement itself. Fees and what you pay, bookings and packages, disputes, credits, running code, AI, and what happens when an account closes.
What we collect, why we are allowed to, how long we keep it, who else processes it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted.
What you get back and when: the cancellation ladders per service, package rules, the buyer platform fee, and the dispute clock.
What you may and may not do here, including the rules for running code on our infrastructure and for what you store and share.
Conduct for everyone who is not a mentor - comments, articles, profiles, reviews, public work and messages.
Which features use AI, which provider sees what, what is redacted before it leaves our servers and what is not, and who owns the output.
What a credit is and is not, how credits are earned, bought and spent, and the grounds on which a referral reward is held or refused.
Every cookie we set, what it does, how long it lasts, and the third parties that load on our pages.
The one list of every company that processes data on our behalf, versioned separately so adding a vendor does not re-version the Privacy Policy.
Obligations for approved mentors: slots, delivery, feedback, packages, messaging, coupons, and how the reliability score is calculated.
Versions
Each document carries a version, written as the date it last changed. The version you agreed to is recorded against your account when you sign up, and again whenever you accept a material revision - so which text you agreed to, and when, is a matter of record rather than of memory. You can see your own record in your data export.
