Your services
The three things you can sell, what each one is for, the price bands they must sit in, and why a service stays a draft until you publish it.
A service is one thing a buyer can purchase from you. You can have as many as you like, and each one carries its own price, duration and description.
The three types#
An open conversation for a duration you set. No fixed agenda - the buyer brings the problem.
Price band: ₹100 to ₹5,000.
Best for advice, career questions, code review, "look at this and tell me what you think".
A structured interview followed by a written report you owe the buyer. The report is not optional and not a courtesy - it is part of what was sold, it has a deadline, and missing it affects both your payout and your reliability score.
Price band: ₹400 to ₹7,000.
See session feedback for what the report has to contain and when it is due.
Several sessions sold together at one price, which the buyer redeems over time.
Price band: ₹500 to ₹20,000. Between 2 and 20 services in it, valid for 7 to 365 days.
⚠ A package is paid to you per redemption, not when it is bought. See package earnings - it is the single most misread thing on the mentor side.
Draft and live#
A new service is a draft. Drafts are invisible everywhere a buyer looks - not in search, not on your profile, not linkable.
Publishing runs a stricter set of checks than saving a draft does. That is deliberate: a half-built service should be storable, and an unbuyable one should never be listed. A package with one item saves fine and refuses to publish.
Switching a service type off platform-wide stops edits to existing services of that type as well as new ones. That is how an operator stops the bleeding if something is wrong with a type, and it is why an edit can start failing on a service that has been live for months.
Prices#
Every price is what the buyer sees as the headline. What reaches you is different, and pricing and what you keep explains the arithmetic in full.
If you show a "was" price to mark something down, the implied discount cannot exceed 90%. A higher one is refused rather than silently clamped, because a 95%-off badge on a real price is a claim about the original that nobody can verify.
Cover images#
Every service carries a cover image, and you do not have to make one. Pick a theme and it is generated for you - Midnight, Aurora, Ocean, Ember, Forest, Blueprint, Mono or Ivory.
A service you never theme gets one seeded automatically, so nothing ever appears untitled or blank. Choosing deliberately is still worth a moment: the cover is what a buyer sees in a list of services before they read a word of your description.
