Mentors paid after delivery, not before
Your mentor is paid only once your session is marked completed, the feedback report is submitted, and there's no unresolved dispute.
Feedback is mandatory, not optional
Mentors are contractually required to submit a full report - skipping it triggers an automatic dispute against them.
Refund-backed cancellation policy
If a mentor cancels or doesn't show up, you get a 100% refund, platform fee included, and the mentor receives no payout.
What you pay for
Each mentor sets their own price and shows it on their listing before you book. There is no subscription and no bundle to buy first. Checkout adds a platform fee of 10% (a flat ₹10 under ₹100) on top of the mentor's price.
One person, one candidate, one round. The length is on the listing and set by the mentor, from 15 to 90 minutes.
Revquix creates a Google Meet room for each booking, so there is no link to chase. Join opens 10 minutes before the start.
Eight metrics scored out of 10, an overall rating, strengths, areas to improve and a summary. The deadline is on the listing, between 1 and 48 hours after the session.
Send the job description or your resume beforehand so the round is aimed at the job you want.
A mentor no-show is a 100% refund, platform fee included, and the mentor is not paid for it.
Each is scored from 1 to 10 by your mentor, with written notes alongside.
Filter mentors by the exact round you need to practice - mentors list the tracks and domains they're equipped to run.
Arrays, trees, graphs, dynamic programming - solved live, with your mentor probing your approach the way a real panel would.
Design a real-world system end to end - scalability, data modelling, trade-offs.
Backend/Java, cloud infra, and other specialist tracks - matched to a mentor with that exact background.
Object-oriented design, class diagrams, and clean-code discussions for SDE-2+ roles.
STAR-format storytelling, conflict-resolution questions, and culture-fit rounds.
SQL, Python, statistics, and case-study rounds for analyst and data-science roles.
Questions drawn directly from your resume and past projects - the round most candidates underestimate.
Each mentor's profile lists the exact tracks they cover before you book.

Featured mentors
Every mentor is reviewed and approved by hand before their profile goes live. Each card shows that mentor's own live mock-interview listing - the price is the one you will be charged.
No generic “good job.” A named, scored breakdown across 8 metrics, section-wise notes, and an action plan - the same screen your mentor fills out inside the real product.
For You by Your Mentor
Strong technical fundamentals with clear communication. A few more rounds of practice on narrating trade-offs out loud will push this from “good” to “excellent.”
Performance Scores
Section-wise Feedback
Confident, structured self-introduction with a clear narrative.
Solid approach; verbalise your trade-offs earlier next time.
Good STAR structure; quantify the outcome more specifically.

An honest comparison
Revquix does not offer AI mock interviews: every session is a live person. An AI tool is still a good way to get repetitions in, and the two work well together. This is how they differ.
| AI mock interview | Real mentor on Revquix | |
|---|---|---|
| Who asks the questions | Software, following the questions it was built or prompted to ask | A person who has done the job, reviewed and approved by hand before listing |
| When you can practise | Any time, straight away | In a slot the mentor has opened, booked ahead |
| Cost | Often free or low-cost per session | Set by each mentor, from ₹400, plus a 10% (a flat ₹10 under ₹100) platform fee |
| Follow-up questions | Within what the tool was designed to probe | Wherever an experienced interviewer thinks your answer is thin |
| Feedback | Generated automatically, straight after | Written by the mentor: eight metrics scored out of 10, strengths, areas to improve |
| Body language and presence | Depends on the tool | Scored as one of the eight metrics, by a person watching |
| Best for | Many repetitions and early practice | A realistic rehearsal before a real round, and an outside opinion you can act on |
Mentors don't just sign up and go live. Every profile on Revquix passes through a request-or-apply pipeline, a profile-readiness check, and a manual team review - then stays accountable to a written Code of Conduct with real, enforced consequences.
Getting onto the platform
Every mentor is reviewed and approved by hand before their profile goes live. Nobody can list themselves and start taking bookings.
Before an application is accepted, the platform requires a real profile photo, a professional headline, and a LinkedIn profile our team can open and verify against what the applicant claims.
Every applicant writes a statement of why they want to mentor. A person at Revquix reads it, alongside their profile and LinkedIn, before any approval - there is no auto-approve path.
A mentor profile only goes live after a human at Revquix approves the application. Approved mentors are the only ones who ever appear on /mentors or in featured sections.
Approval is not the last gate. Each service a mentor publishes - a 1:1 session, a mock interview, a package - has to pass its own checks on description, duration and pricing before it can be bought.
Staying on the platform - the Mentor Code of Conduct
Submitting your feedback report after a Mock Interview isn't optional - it's a contractual obligation. Skipping it automatically raises a system dispute against the mentor.
Superficial feedback - one-line answers, generic copy-paste text - is explicitly called out as a Code of Conduct violation, not just "low effort."
Mentors are contractually barred from taking payment outside Revquix. Soliciting off-platform payment is a Category 1 violation - the most serious tier, resulting in an immediate permanent ban.
Confirming a session happened when it didn't is treated as fraud, with a permanent ban. Genuine no-shows trigger an automatic full refund to the learner.
Real enforcement, not empty policy
Instant permanent ban
Suspension (7–30 days)
Formal warning
This is a summary. Read the full Mentor Code of Conduct - the same document every approved Revquix mentor agrees to.

Tier-3/4 college graduate
Maharashtra, India
Coming from a college with almost no campus placement support, Atharva had never sat through a real, scored technical interview before his first job search. A Revquix Mock Interview with mentor Rohit Parihar gave him that first real rehearsal - complete with a structured feedback report - before he walked into the interview that led to his first offer.
Where he started
A tier-3/4 engineering college in Maharashtra with no structured placement cell and almost no on-campus interview exposure.
The gap he felt
Strong fundamentals on paper, but zero practice handling a live technical interview - no mock rounds, no structured feedback, nothing to benchmark against.
What changed
Booked a Mock Interview with Rohit Parihar on Revquix - a real technical round, scored the same way a real interview panel would score it.
The outcome
Walked in for his next real interview with a feedback report already in hand - knowing exactly which round to be careful in and which strength to lean on.
Shared with Atharva's permission. Revquix is an early-stage platform - we're building a track record one real session at a time, and this is one of the first.
Revquix is a new platform. Rather than show you a wall of quotes we can't verify, we'd rather point you to the real story we do have - and let the feedback report speak for the product. Book a session, and your experience could be the next one we feature here.

Cancelling
If you cancel, the refund depends on how long before the start you do it. If the mentor cancels or does not show up, you get 100% back, platform fee included. Checkout adds a platform fee of 10% (a flat ₹10 under ₹100) on top of the mentor's price. A partial refund returns the same share of the fee.
| You cancel, this long before the start | You get back |
|---|---|
| 24 hours or more | 90% |
| 12 – 24 hours | 70% |
| 6 – 12 hours | 50% |
| Less than 6 hours / no-show | Nothing |
| The mentor cancels or does not show up | 100% |
A session that did not happen as agreed is raised as a dispute, for up to 14 days after the booking closes. Whether each person joined is already recorded, so you do not have to prove attendance yourself.
The terms in force when you pay are saved on your booking, so a later change never applies to a session you already bought.
Each mentor sets their own price, and you see the exact amount on their listing before you book. Mock interviews on Revquix currently start at ₹400. Checkout adds a platform fee of 10% (a flat ₹10 under ₹100) on top of the mentor's price. There is no subscription.
You join a private Google Meet room that Revquix creates for the booking; the join link opens 10 minutes before the start. The mentor runs the round you booked, such as DSA, system design, behavioural or a domain round, as close to the real thing as they can. Afterwards they file a written report that scores you on eight metrics.
Eight metrics, each scored from 1 to 10: communication, confidence, technical accuracy, problem solving, clarity of thought, body language & presence, time management, question understanding. It also has an overall rating, your strengths, the areas to improve and a written summary.
Your mentor files it in their Revquix dashboard after the session, within the deadline shown on the listing (between 1 and 48 hours). Filing it is mandatory: a missing report holds the mentor's payout and opens a dispute against them. You are notified as soon as it lands in your bookings.
Each mentor sets the length of their own listing, anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes, and it is shown before you book.
Treat it as the real round. Use the booking's message thread to tell your mentor the role, the company and the round, and send the job description or your resume. Join from a quiet place with your camera on, because body language is one of the eight scored metrics. For a coding round, warm up in an editor you are comfortable with first.
You always choose. Search mentors by skill, role, company or name, filter by skill, availability and rating, sort by price, and book a specific person's slot directly. There is no random assignment.
Yes. Search mentors on the browse page by company and by the skills that hiring process actually tests, such as DSA, system design or a domain round. Mentors bring real experience from the companies they have worked at or interviewed candidates for, so book the one whose background matches your target process most closely.
You get a 100% refund, platform fee included, and the mentor is not paid for the session. The same applies if the mentor cancels. Raise it from the booking as a dispute within 14 days; whether each person joined is already recorded, so you do not have to prove it.
The refund depends on how early you cancel: 90% if you cancel 24 hours or more before the start, 70% at 12 to 24 hours, 50% at 6 to 12 hours and nothing under 6 hours. The platform fee is refunded in the same proportion.
No. Every mock interview on Revquix is a live session with a person, a mentor whose profile was reviewed and approved by hand. Revquix does not offer an AI interviewer.
Peer-to-peer tools pair you with another candidate, not an experienced interviewer. That is useful for repetitions, but the feedback quality varies widely. On Revquix every mentor is individually reviewed and approved before their profile goes live, and every session ends with a structured, 8-metric scored feedback report rather than a chat message.
Browse verified mentors, pick a slot, and walk in prepared - with a feedback report to show exactly where you stand.
