Every real hiring filter is a few hard requirements plus a wish list, and a score that ignores that is comfortable and useless.
Bands are fixed thresholds, and deliberately not the Readiness Score's: 0–39 low, 40–59 moderate, 60–74 strong, 75–100 excellent.
