Every result an AI-backed tool has produced for you is kept. You do not need to save a report, and
closing the tab does not lose it.

[Your runs](https://www.revquix.com/dashboard/tools/runs) is the full list. The tools dashboard also
shows your most recent few, which is usually enough to get back to what you were doing.

## What a row tells you

Each run carries the tool it came from, when it ran, whether it succeeded, and **what it cost**.

That last one is the reason this page exists in the form it does: "where did my credits go" is the
question people open it with, and answering it by matching timestamps against a credit statement by
hand is not an answer.

A run that was served from your earlier identical run shows as reused rather than charged - see [what a tool run costs](https://www.revquix.com/docs/tools/what-a-tool-run-is).

## Filtering

Filter by tool, by outcome and by date. The filtering happens across your whole history rather than
over the rows currently on screen, so narrowing to one tool genuinely searches everything you have
ever run with it.

The list pages, so a long history is fully reachable rather than cut off at the most recent screenful.

> **Note** - Filters are not kept in the URL
>
> A filtered view of your own run history is not something people share or bookmark, so the address bar
> stays clean and reloading the page starts fresh.

## Opening a report

Any row opens the full report exactly as it was produced.

Some tools also read your history for their own purposes - the readiness report compares a new score
against your earlier ones on the same resume, which only works because the old runs are still there.

### How long it is kept

- **Reports** are kept for **twelve months**.
- **A resume or other file you uploaded** is deleted after **30 days** when you are signed in, and
after **24 hours** when you are not.

The report outlives the file it was made from, so an old report stays readable long after the upload
behind it has gone. If you want a result permanently, export or copy it.

> **Warning** - Client-side tools leave no history
>
> The calculators and developer utilities never send anything to us, so there is nothing to store and
> nothing appears here for them. That is the trade: no history, and no data leaving your browser. See [what leaves your browser](https://www.revquix.com/docs/tools/what-leaves-your-browser).

## Deleting it

Your runs are part of your account data. They are included in an export, and they are deleted when
you delete your account - see [exporting your data](https://www.revquix.com/docs/account/exporting-your-data) and [deleting your account](https://www.revquix.com/docs/account/deleting-your-account).
