# What's new

**If you dismissed a "what's new" notice and want it back**, or you want to know what changed since
you were last here, there are two logs and they are not the same.

## The product changelog

[The changelog](https://www.revquix.com/changelog) is the permanent record of what shipped. Every
release notice that appears in the app also lands here, so a banner you closed is never lost - it
becomes an entry on that page.

It is a real page, not a popup: you can link to an entry, and support can send you one.

## The legal changelog

[The legal changelog](https://www.revquix.com/legal/changelog) is a different thing: a record of
changes to the documents that govern your account - terms, privacy, refunds, acceptable use.

> **Warning** - Do not use one to check the other
>
> A feature shipping is not a change to your terms, and a terms change is rarely a feature. They are
> kept apart on purpose, because "we added a button" and "we changed what you agreed to" deserve
> different attention.
>
> When something in the second category changes materially, you are asked to acknowledge it - it does
> not rely on you noticing a log entry.

## Notices inside the app

Some announcements appear as a bar across the top of the page or as a panel when you arrive. Those
are timed: they have a start and an end, and they stop showing on their own.

Dismissing one is a decision about that notice, not about announcements generally - a later one will
still appear. If you want the archive rather than the interruption, the changelog is it.

## Not the same as your notifications

The changelog is about the product. Your [notifications](https://www.revquix.com/docs/account/notifications) are about your account -
a booking confirmed, an order completed, somebody following you. Neither shows the other.
