Experience and education are entry lists - each role or school is its own record with its own dates,
description and skills.

## Adding a role

Each entry takes a title, a company, dates, and one of six **employment types**:

Full time · Part time · Contract · Freelance · Internship · Apprenticeship

> **Note** - The type is not decoration
>
> A visitor reading three overlapping roles assumes something has gone wrong unless one of them says
> Freelance or Contract. Setting it correctly is what makes an unusual career shape legible instead of
> confusing - and on a mentor profile it is part of what a buyer is judging.

Company, school and location fields autocomplete. Picking the suggestion rather than typing a variant
is worth doing: matched entities render with their logo and group correctly.

## Writing the description

The same rules as a resume bullet, for the same reason - see [writing good bullets](https://www.revquix.com/docs/resume/writing-good-bullets).

The difference is that a profile is read more slowly than a resume and by people who are choosing
whether to talk to you, so one specific paragraph beats five generic bullets.

## Skills on a role

You can attach skills to each individual role, not only to your profile as a whole.

> **Warning** - This is the part most people skip, and it is the useful part
>
> A skill on your profile is a claim. The same skill attached to the role where you used it is
> evidence - it says _when_ and _where_. It is also what lets a reader see that your Kubernetes
> experience is current rather than from six years ago.

## Education

Same shape: school, qualification, dates. Autocompleted, and worth picking the matched school so it
renders consistently.

Order it the way your case reads best. A recent graduate leads with education; ten years in, it
